Bulk Beef

Whole Beef would weigh approximately 500-600 lb hanging weight.  $6.25/lb – cost would be approximately $3125-$3750. You get approximately 320-390 lb of bring home meat.

Half Beef would weigh approximately 250-300 lb hanging weight. $6.50/lb – cost would be approximately $1625 -$1950. You get approximately 160-195 lb of bring home meat.

Quarter Beef would weigh approximately 125-150 lb hanging weight. $6.75/lb – cost would be approximately $844 -$1012. You get approximately 80-100 lb of bring home meat.

Your basic cut includes ground beef, NY strip steak, ribeye steak, filet mignon steak, sirloin steak, roasts, cube steak, and stew beef. All meat is vacuum packed and USDA inspected. Custom cut is available upon request.


Bulk Pork

Whole hog would weigh approximately 200 lb hanging weight. $4.25/lb – cost would be approximately $850. You get approximately 165 lb of bring home meat.

Half hog would weigh approximately 100 lb hanging weight. $4.50/lb – cost would be approximately $450. You get approximately 80-85 lb of bring home meat.

Your basic cut includes sausage, pork chops, ribs, uncured bacon, and roast.  All meat is vacuum packed and USDA inspected. Custom cut is available upon request.
